Sault Seal Recreation Area

Sault Seal Recreation Area is the City’s primary outdoor winter recreation facility, offering tubing, skiing, and snowboarding opportunities for residents and visitors in Sault Ste. Marie.

The facility features:

• 7 tubing runs with 2 lifts

• A ski and snowboard hill with 1 lift

• A heated chalet with a full view of the hill

• Lockable snowboard rack (please bring your own lock and cable — not provided)

Daily Rates

• Adult (18 and over): $15.00

• Youth (6–17 years): $10.00

• Child (5 and under): FREE

City Resident Season Passes

• Individual Season Pass: $100.00

• Family Season Pass (single household): $130.00

• Private Party Reservation (Wednesday or Thursday): $200/hour

Non-City Resident Season Passes

• Individual Season Pass: $130.00

• Family Season Pass (single household): $160.00

• Private Party Reservation (Wednesday or Thursday): $250/hour
