Sherman Park Campground Cancellation Policy

Reservation Fees:

Credit Card Transaction & Reservation fee is $8.00
The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made.

All reservations are made online at saultcity.com. Reservations are no longer accepted by paying cash at the campsite. 

Cancellations:

A $10.00 modification/cancellation fee is charged on all cancellations or modifications that result in a shortened stay.

Cancellation notice must be given 5 days before the arrival date’s check-in time to receive a partial refund of unused nights.

Refunds:

If canceled or modified 5 days prior to the reservation’s arrival time, unused camp nights will be eligible for a partial refund as follows:

  • The minimum Refund amount is $15. Refunds calculated for less than $15 will not be processed.
  • Cancellations with less than 5 days' notice of unused nights will NOT be refunded.
  • Unused nights will be refunded less the 25% cancellation charge, as long as notice is given 5 days prior to scheduled arrival time.
  • Reservations that are canceled on the same day they are created will only be assessed the $10.00 cancellation fee.
  • Modifications to reservations that do not affect the length of stay, will only be assessed the $10.00 modification fee.
  • Modifications to reservations that result in an increase in the length of stay, will not be charged any modification fee.
Late Arrivals:

Reservations are held until 3:00 pm, two days after your scheduled arrival date. If arriving after 3:00 pm two days after your scheduled arrival date, you must notify the office to delay the arrival date or cancel the reservation. Failure to do so will result in a no-show and a loss of reservation charges.

Check in time is 3:00 pm
