Meeting Schedule
The EDC Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:00 PM in the EDC Board Room at the Smartzone. Meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled if necessary. Board meetings follow the latest edition of Roberts’ Rules of Order.

Membership and Term
The board consists of nine (9) members, appointed by the Mayor with City Commission confirmation. Each member serves a six (6) year term.
