Pursuant to Chapter Twenty-One Article Five of the Code of Ordinances a public hearing will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers on the report of the City Manager requesting Single Lot Special Assessment. A listing of the single lot special assessments for property maintenance issues, late rental registration fees, and delinquent water and sewer bills related to individual properties located within the City of Sault Ste. Marie can be found on the City’s website. If approved, these charges will be placed on the summer tax bills.
