CITY OF SAULT STE. MARIE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
ON INCREASING PROPERTY TAXES,
WATER & SEWER RATES AND GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS
The City Commission of the City of Sault Ste. Marie will hold public hearings on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers, on the proposed 2024-2025 City budget, including the operating budget, capital outlay budget, equipment purchase budget, water and sewer rates, and the property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget. The proposed budget is available for review at the City Clerks Office during regular business hours or on the City of Sault Ste. Marie website www.saultcity.com.
THE PROPERTY TAX MILLAGE RATE PROPOSED TO BE LEVIED TO SUPPORT THE
PROPOSED BUDGET WILL BE A SUBJECT OF THIS HEARING.
