Citizens may visit this office to:

Pay all City bills, including bills for water service, taxes and special assessments, licensing and registration fees, and parking fines

Make tax-deductible donations to the City for various community events and projects

Order final meter reads to discontinue water service or change the name on the account

Ask questions about your water bill rates and request service for meter read issues, high usage, leak adjustments, etc.

Request tax information regarding bills or payments, mortgage escrows, interest and penalties on late payments, delinquent tax amounts, or deferrals.

Request information on special assessments, including current installment, balances, payment history or payment schedule.

Request information about City finances or budget

Issue a complaint about any of the above.
