What is the definition of a junk vehicle?

A Junk Vehicle is any vehicle that is not legal to drive on public roads. This includes any vehicle that is not licensed or insured, or one that is dismantled to the extent to be classified as Junk per Ordinance No. 431-98, The City of Sault Ste. Marie Ordains: Chapter 13, Article IV, Sec. 13-63. (Code of Ordinances) Property owners can only store "Junk" vehicles in a permanent building structure, like a garage. They may not be stored in the back yard under a tarp.
