How many people can live in a home that is classified as Single Family?

Up to 4 unrelated persons can live in a single dwelling unit or house - OR - a family (as defined below) together with not more than two persons not so related may live together in the whole or part of a dwelling unit comprising a single housekeeping unit.


Family: Is one or two persons or parents, with their direct lineal descendants and adopted children (and including the domestic employees thereof).  Every additional group of two or less persons living in such housekeeping unit shall be considered a separate family for the purpose of this Ordinance.
